Account Operations Specialist

Job description

What we are looking for:

Mid-level enthusiastic professional with a keen interest in managing client relationships from an operational standpoint, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration both with the client and internally. You need to be based in Sao Paulo, able to meet clients and have occasional field visits and team meetups. 100% freelance contract. Fluent English is a must and only resumes in English will be considered. 


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact for operational issues.
  • Lead new account and campaign onboarding.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationship from an operational perspective.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational requirements.
  • Develop action plans, monitor performance and hold review meetings with clients.
  • Continuously monitor metrics and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide support for sales and account management team.
  • Work with product and development teams to implement new features and improve processes.


Job requirements

  • Advanced understanding of operational processes

  • Solid business acumen

Qualifications

  • Native Portuguese and Fluent English

  • First-level university degree

  • 4-6 years of related experience, preferably in client service, order management, procurement etc.

  • 1-2 years of experience supporting client accounts and their operations
