WECHEER is a loyalty service Swiss-based startup, operating internationally and currently disrupting the FMCG/CPG industry, by delivering best-in-class direct-to-consumer digital engagement campaigns. After 4 years of development and 2 years of market testing, WECHEER has gained traction with some of the world’s biggest food and beverage brands.. Our platform bridges the gap between Brands, Service Staff and Consumers by providing multi-brand loyalty which works across all points of purchase, such as retailers, convenience stores, cafés, restaurants, bars, etc.

The WECHEER app is designed to scale and allows brands to book a WECHEER loyalty campaign for both their consumers (end users) and service staff. Our IoT Smart Bottle Opener allows companies to reward bar and restaurant staff for opening their brands, generating outstanding sales uplift.

We have a globally distributed team of talented people, working to change how product engagement is done, while enjoying a beer from time to time.

What we are looking for

Wecheer is looking for a proactive, self-starter and organized Senior Sales Executive to join our high-performing team. You will be based in Sao Paolo, Brazil, working remotely with our multicultural team, coming with at least 5 years experience and a proven track record of securing new opportunities related to tech and marketing products. This a full time, consulting contract role. 

Your role:

  • Identify top CPG companies, trade marketing agencies and strategic marketing companies

  • Establish initial contact with the identified potential clients, find creative ways to reach beyond your personal network, develop relationships in order to introduce WeCheer services and solutions to the market

  • Secure meetings with the right people and decision makers

  • Get close to the sales opportunities that are generated by existing and potential contacts

  • Effectively build relationships with companies in the CPG ecosystem

  • Leverage a world-class sales tech stack to identify, nurture and convert partners. Experience with (or deep desire to learn) Hubspot, Sales Navigator is an asset

Job requirements

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years experience with a proven track record in prospecting, identifying, pursuing and closing new opportunities for tech, marketing and solutions products

  • Experience working in a sales/marketing/advertising space

  • Experience in prospecting and qualifying potential clients

  • Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue through sales

  • Self-confident English communicator, comfortable in speaking with and pitching to executive management on phone, video conference, or in writing

  • Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role

  • Eager to join the startup ecosystem

  • Great network in the CPG ecosystem in place
